Soils: The soils were sampled by Helena and determined to be suitable for almond production.
Irrigation: The orchard is irrigated by a deep water well that produces over 2000 gpm. The water quality & quantity are suitable for almond production.
There is also a backup well. This well produces 2000 gpm as well. It does not have a pump or motor as the primary well produces enough water to irrigate the orchard in one set. This well was drilled in 2015 and was drilled for a backup water supply.

Gypsim & lime were incorporated into the ground prior to planting. The topography of the property was altered prior to planting to be optimal for orchard production. More details regarding the orchard development practices are available upon request.
