About Ward Charter
At the helm of Charter Realty is Ward Charter, who grew up in Colusa, CA. Ward acquired his real estate license while he was earning his degree in Business Management from California State University-Chico.
After graduating, Ward moved to Zamora to combine his two greatest passions – farming and selling properties. He currently runs and owns his own rice farm while selling orchard, ranches, and agricultural properties throughout Northern California.
